BPD-specific:
Psychology in Seattle podcast, BPD Deep Dive (Full episode behind Patreon paywall, but well worth the single-charge if you are interested. Dr. Honda specializes in personality disorders and addresses different aspects of BPD throughout his podcast; many episodes are available for free on listening platforms/Youtube. You can often look through the titles for BPD-specific episodes; though episodes related to transference, countertransference, and attachment styles will often touch on the subject as well.
You can also check out his free series reacting to Love Is Blind S6, though this primarily focuses on one aspect of BPD presentation—abusive behavior—which might not always be present; and it is more meandering by nature of the “reaction content” format. Still includes some interesting and useful insight on the condition.)
Dr. Daniel Fox’s Youtube Channel (Another specialist in personality disorders—I don’t necessarily have a specific video in mind, as many of his videos focus on many nuanced aspects of BPD. I think you could pick a topic of interest and start listening.)
HealthyGamerGG’s BPD-specific videos: [Overview] [Relationships/Dating] (Dr. K takes a bit of a lighter, more-colloquial tone when approaching the subject, but I find that he accurately encompasses the nuances of the diagnosis and still approaches the topic with respect and care.)
Eggshell Therapy & Coaching, “Quiet BPD: Signs, Symptoms, Healing and Reaching Out” (While the term ‘quiet BPD’ is a topic of debate, I find that this article is a great, comprehensive look at a presentation of BPD/hidden aspects of BPD that is/are less overt, and therefore much-less-frequently discussed.)
